To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be physically located in a jurisdiction where RON is legally permitted
  • Provide valid, government-issued identification
  • Have access to audio-video technology

We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

 

4. Identity Verification (RON Compliance)

You agree to undergo identity verification, which may include:

  • Credential analysis of your ID
  • Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)
  • Audio-video confirmation

Failure to pass verification will result in denial of service.

 

5. Audio-Video Recording Consent

By using our services, you expressly consent to:

  • Recording of the entire notarization session
  • Storage of recordings for at least 10 years

This is required under Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

 

6. User Responsibilities

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Misuse of services
