- Be at least 18 years old
- Be physically located in a jurisdiction where RON is legally permitted
- Provide valid, government-issued identification
- Have access to audio-video technology
We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.
4. Identity Verification (RON Compliance)
You agree to undergo identity verification, which may include:
- Credential analysis of your ID
- Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)
- Audio-video confirmation
Failure to pass verification will result in denial of service.
5. Audio-Video Recording Consent
By using our services, you expressly consent to:
- Recording of the entire notarization session
- Storage of recordings for at least 10 years
This is required under Florida Statutes Chapter 117.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that:

- You understand the contents of documents being notarized
- You are signing voluntarily

- Payments are processed securely via third parties
- Fees are non-refundable once service is rendered, except where required by law

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for document validity or enforceability
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruNotary.com from any claims arising from:
- Misuse of services
- False information provided
- Illegal or improper document use
12. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of services
- Error-free technology
- Compatibility with all devices
